Returns policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, "MajestMix" customers have a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.

3. Return conditions

To make a return, the customer must:

• Contact after-sales service at the email address: contact@majestmix.com to indicate your intention to return the product.
• Follow the instructions provided by the after-sales service to return the product.

4. Reimbursement

Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be made within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase.

5. Return costs

Unless there is an error on our part, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Exceptions

Sale, promotional or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
